Is your boiler ready for winter?
As we start to move into Autumn, it's a good idea to check your boiler now and prepare for the winter ahead.
Turn on your heating before it gets cold and check it’s working. Please don’t wait until we get the first signs of cold weather to do this - do it now.
If your boiler isn’t working, you may be able to sort this by simply resetting it, to do this watch this video. Alternatively report it as a repair.
