New affordable homes coming to Maidstone
We are pleased to have entered into contract with Redrow Homes to deliver 59 new affordable homes in Maidstone.
The Springfield development will offer a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership, located on the banks of the River Medway, just minutes from Maidstone's bustling town centre. Maidstone offers a variety of leisure and culture facilities, with a host of high street shops and excellent transport links.
The development will consist of 25 affordable rent flats and 34 new homes available through the Shared Ownership scheme with Golding Places, comprising of:
- 30 x 1-bed flats (15 x shared ownership & 15 x affordable rent)
- 35 x 2-bed flats (15 x shared ownership & 10 x affordable rent)
- Four x 3-bed houses (shared ownership)
These homes will be delivered in phases from summer 2020 to spring 2021.
