New homes for Maidstone
A deal between Golding Homes and Taylor Wimpey will see more new homes coming to Maidstone.
We previously worked together on the Oakapple development in Barming, near Maidstone hospital, to deliver 32 homes which completed in June last year.
Phase 2a of the scheme will include a total of 181 new homes, and we're pleased to be delivering 54 of them with Taylor Wimpey.
These new homes will be made up of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom flats and houses for shared ownership and affordable rent.
Tom Casey, Executive Director of Development at Golding Homes, said:
