Golding Homes appoint David Hart as new Director of Finance and Corporate Services. 

On Friday 9 July, we hosted an event to showcase our proposed multi-million-pound investment plans for the Cambridge Crescent area of Shepway in Maidstone.

We are excited to announce that from Monday 12 July Golding Homes customers will begin to receive customer satisfaction surveys via our new text service as well as emails. This new service will provide you with a quicker and easier way to provide us with feedback on the services we provide.  

July is Good Care Month, the month where we are mindful of what we can do to support others and the difference it can make to the people in our communities.

Thank you to customers who called in to the 'Speak to Sue' session in March. These are sessions where you can call and have a chat with our new interim Chief Executive, Sue Chalkley.

This free online event, on from 10am to 2.00pm, aims to explore everything that you need to know about how to be effective when looking for a job, from what makes a good CV to how to be confident at interviews. The sessions offer advice on how to add to your existing skills and boost career opportunities as well as expert guidance about Access to Work, for those with a health condition or disability and valuable information about where to start if you want to be self-employed.

We’ve all felt the pressure over the last year, that’s why at Golding Homes we’re keen to continue to support our customers with mental health advice, available from some of our excellent partners. 
 
One of those partners is  Changing Minds Kent CIC , who this month have launched the ‘Let’s Talk Project’  - a new programme aimed at educating and training people on the importance of mental health and wellbeing.
