Update on Golding Homes' Regulatory Notice
Last month the Regulator for Social Housing issued a notice to Golding Homes having found we had breached the Home Standard. Since referring this matter to the regulator, we have been working hard on progressing our action plan to make sure residents’ homes are safe.
Be safe - scammers could be operating in your area
We have received reports of people knocking on doors offering to collect shopping and taking money from vulnerable residents, as well as individuals posing as coronavirus testers to gain access to properties.
