A 24 hour helpline has been set up to support vulnerable people in Kent who need urgent help, supplies or medication.

Last month the Regulator for Social Housing issued a notice to Golding Homes having found we had breached the Home Standard. Since referring this matter to the regulator, we have been working hard on progressing our action plan to make sure residents’ homes are safe.

We have received reports of people knocking on doors offering to collect shopping and taking money from vulnerable residents, as well as individuals posing as coronavirus testers to gain access to properties. 

Given the changing situation with Coronavirus we want to update and reassure you with everything we are doing as an organisation to protect the wellbeing of our customers and colleagues.

Golding staff recently volunteered their time to help freshen up a dance and exercise studio at Maidstone YMCA, as part of the Golding Giveback project.
