Much needed affordable homes are being developed across Kent over the next four years, thanks to housing provider Golding Homes

We aim to build more new affordable homes in Kent as part of our development pipeline, with the goal to have 8,000 homes in our ownership by 2021. Click to read our full press release.

Golding Lifeline is an emergency alarm system that enables you to call for help in an emergency 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It enables people to stay independent, safe in the knowledge that they can call for help easily.

Working with Croudace Homes we are pleased to be providing 91 new homes at Hermitage Park, in Barming; 55 affordable rent and 36 shared ownership properties.

We are aware that overnight a fire broke out in Bell Road, Maidstone.

We are working with colleagues from Kent Fire and Rescue and Kent Police in connection with this matter and will continue to work closely with them as part of their investigations.

Our teams are currently on-site to provide assistance.
