Unfortunately due to the adverse weather conditions again today we will be operating limited services. 

Golding Homes has been selected as a finalist in the prestigious UK Housing Awards 2018 (UKHA).  The organisation has been shortlisted in the Outstanding Approach to Equality and Diversity category for Disability Eddie, an animated film about normalising disability for preschool children.

We have begun work on our programme of stock condition surveys and will carry out a total of 1,200 surveys on customer’s homes by the end of March.

We understand that this might cause some concern with some of our residents so have compiled a list of commonly asked questions.

Each year our community arm, Golding Vision, donate Christmas hampers to a local charity who support people experiencing financial hardship.  

Golding Homes scooped an award for its Wallis Fields Regeneration Scheme in Park Wood, under the category Residential Major, at the recent Kent Design and Developments Awards ceremony held at County Hall, Maidstone.

91 year old ex-serviceman Alan Martin had been living on a ‘shoestring’ budget and was struggling to maintain his semi-sheltered home in Maidstone.  With his health failing and growing concerns from his neighbours, Lindsey Moreno from our Support Services team stepped in to lend a helping hand.
