We are now able to offer our customers the option to pay their rent by Direct Debit on a day of the month that suits them.

We have properties available to privately rent and to buy through the Shared Ownership scheme on our Golding Places website. Once you have found your new home we know that moving can be stressful so wehave created some helpful tips to limit the stress and help you enjoy the experience.
Green Spaces, Natural Faces
Our Head of Community Development, Caroline McBride recently attended the launch of 'Green Spaces, Natural Faces'; a health and wellbeing initiative which Golding Vision have sponsored in partnership with Artswork Ltd and the Maidstone Museum to secure a grant of £30,000 from the Arts Council England.
Garages to Rent
We have garages for rent in Maidstone and the surrounding villages for those wishing to store their car, bikes or in need of some extra storage space. We offer these to everyone, not just Golding Homes residents.
Golding Homes supports Poppy Project
Last week over 22,500 knitted, crocheted and felt remembrance poppies were displayed at a special event hosted by the Royal Engineers Museum in Medway as part of a community led project.
