We're pleased to have again partnered with developer Vistry Group to provide more affordable housing at the thriving Rosewood development in Langley, Maidstone.   

This’ll see a total of 55 new homes at this large site - including a mix of houses and apartments for affordable rent and shared ownership - and work has already begun on site.   

We've worked with Vistry to successfully deliver 51 affordable homes at Rosewood in a previous phase, where people are now living in their new homes.   

Jack Crabtree, Senior New Business Manager at Golding Homes, said: “Rosewood is one of the most significant development sites in Maidstone and we’re really pleased to be providing even more affordable housing in an area where we’re already a local, listening and accessible landlord.   

“We’re also excited to strengthen our partnership with Vistry to deliver more high-quality homes for local people.”
