Update on Golding Homes' Regulatory Notice

Golding House Icon colour

Last month the Regulator for Social Housing issued a notice to Golding Homes having found we had breached the Home Standard.

Since referring this matter to the regulator, we have been working hard on progressing our action plan to make sure residents’ homes are safe.

We are working alongside Kent Fire Rescue Service who have been out with us inspecting some of our buildings and providing expert guidance around the actions we are taking. We have now completed 80% of the outstanding high priority fire actions and anticipate completing the remaining ones by the end of the month.

We wish to apologise again to our residents and reassure them that their safety remains our top priority, now and always and we will be working to deliver on the rest of our action plan as swiftly as possible.

Any residents with concerns are asked to contact us directly so we can offer some help.
