Rohan Gunatillake, Assistant Director of Treasury & Financial Planning
Rohan joined Golding Homes in June 2019 and is responsible for leading strategic financial planning, treasury management, building new relationships and securing new sources of finance for Golding.
Rohan has over 25 years experience within Finance including debt, equity and treasury management. He was Head of Treasury at Watford Community Housing and Swan Housing.
Rohan's a qualified Corporate Treasurer and a Chartered Management Accountant and holds Fellow memberships of the Association of Corporate Treasures (FCT) UK and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA, CGMA) UK.
He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation of CFA Institute USA.
He's committed to developing a strong and sophisticated Treasury & Financial Planning function, ensuring ongoing delivery of an appropriately risk-balanced, value enhancing service.
