Will you repair any damage caused by pests?

Golding Tenants

If you are a Golding Homes customer we’ll arrange to repair damage to the property caused by pests.

Where pests are causing damage, customers must arrange treatment before we can repair damage. We’ll arrange treatment for communal areas only.

Once you can confirm your home has been pest free for two weeks, please report repair issues to us online via the customer portal or contact us to book in a repair

If customers cause damage by failing to prevent or treat a pest problem, we may recharge them the cost of the repairs.

Golding Shared Owners or Leaseholders in flats

If you're a Golding Shared Owner or Leaseholder in a flat, we’ll arrange repair of communal areas and the building  (unless your lease says otherwise).

Golding Shared Owners or Leaseholders in houses

If you're a Golding Shared Owner or Leaseholder in a house, you are responsible for all repairs.

If pests have damaged your possessions or furniture, you are responsible for repair or replacement. You should check if your contents insurance covers damage by pests.
