What happens to the difference between what we’ll charge and what it costs?
We’re only charging £1 a week (not including the management fee) from the increase date, as confirmed in the letter to you. We’ll increase this by £1 a week each year until we’re recovering the full amount of your share of the cost. We’ll cover the difference.
So for example, if your share of the costs, not including the management fee, is £2.50 a week, we’ll charge you:
