Our Commercial and Home Ownership team manage a portfolio of shared ownership homes, market rent homes, garages, and our relationships with leaseholders and freeholders.
Where we have homes with areas managed by managing agents we encourage customers to report their concerns to us so we can help and signpost them for support. Our Commercial and Home Ownership team oversee our relationship with managing agents
The team also manage licences for pockets of land we may lease and commercial units of retail shops within communities where we have homes.
