Covenants - the set of rules that apply to all properties on an estate
Covenants are usually put in place by the original developer or landowner and are designed to protect the appearance, value, and enjoyment of the estate for all residents.
They cover things such as:
- How properties and gardens are maintained
- The use of communal areas
- Parking and storage of vehicles
- Alterations or additions to properties
Covenants exist to make sure that everyone can enjoy their home and shared surroundings.
