At Golding we have ambitions for our customers and to deliver outstanding services.

We need customers to work with us to achieve these aims and are creating opportunities for you to get involved in making a difference across the organisation; from giving us feedback on our services to actively holding us to account on our promises to all customers. 

Right now, we are looking for customers who are interested in joining our Customer Insight Group. The Customer Insight Group will be supported to hold us to account for the service promises we have made, and to help us make sure that the customer is at the centre of everything we do. Do I have to have special skills and experience?

You don’t need any special skills or experience. We will support anyone who would like support and we can arrange a “buddy” (a fellow group member or a Golding Homes colleague) to assist you with IT or any other needs you might have. We want the panel to be inclusive, so we are committed in working with you to make your involvement a success.
