Your opportunity to work with us to shape our services
The Customer Insight Group provide the opportunity for customers to work with us to monitor and scrutinise our services ; from giving us feedback on our services to actively holding us to account on our promises to all customers.
The group is a formal scrutiny panel who meet four times a year and they ensure that we involve customers in all we do, from planning services to writing policies. The role involves reading performance reports and asking for information from managers across the organisation. The CIG also carry out in depth scrutiny of service areas, producing reports and recommendations which change our services. You can find out more about the CIG effect and read scrutiny reports here.
Some of our newest CIG members fed back on why they wanted to join CIG and make a difference.
Veronica, said: “I joined the CIG because I want to know what happens behind the scenes. I’m already very actively involved in my local community so wanted to help other customers by joining CIG. I’ve enjoyed being a member, everyone is really friendly , and it’s been a great experience so far – really informative .”
Terry said: “ I joined the CIG because I wanted to help form a better relationship with Golding Homes. We (the customers) need to tell you exactly what’s happening, and you need to know and understand the issue so you can help resolve it.”
Lisa said: “I actually got involved with CIG following a formal complaint. Everyone should have a voice and I think the CIG allows us to have this. I can see how much Golding Homes are improving and taking on board customer feedback. We’re moving in a really positive direction.”
