Income Team
Our Income team consists of Income Advisors who manage customer rent accounts. They work with customers to support them to make rent payments and to help them sustain their tenancies.
They're also responsible for administering the arrears procedures and taking legal action where arrears escalate. Legal action includes attendance at court and processing evictions. The Income Advisors also manage the recovery of former tenant arrears for example where people who’ve left Golding Homes owing monies.
Our Income Advisors can help provide advice and guidance about income and outgoings, make referrals for support to welfare benefits, employment advice and other tenancy sustainment support services (including the handyperson service, tenancy sustainment support, and older person service). They can also liaise with our local authority partners, provide short term intensive support with benefit claims, general debt issues, and budgeting advice.
