Listen — You told us repairs were taking too long. 

Act — We focussed on clearing the back log of repairs last year and improving productivity. In the first four months of 2025/26 we’ve seen the average time to complete jobs fall from just under 26 days (March 2025) at the end of last year to 14.9 days.
