How we’re doing

We saw an improvement across a number of key service areas throughout August, with positive progress in customer satisfaction, repairs and damp and mould investigations. Customer satisfaction with recent services increased to 86.2%, while 92.3% of repairs were completed on time, exceeding our target and improving on July’s performance.

We also responded more quickly to damp and mould concerns, with the average investigation time reducing to 6.7 days, well within our 10-day target. This reflects the focus we’ve placed on investigating concerns quickly and working with customers to arrange access where needed.

Performance across our key safety requirements improved to 99.5%. While a small number of checks remain outstanding, we continue to work with customers and contractors to maintain high levels of compliance and make sure homes remain safe.

Overall, August represents a positive step forward, with improvement across a number of customer, operational and safety measures. We remain focused on maintaining this momentum while continuing to improve the consistency of the services that matter most to you, our customers.
