Setting up your utlities
Ahead of moving into your new home, it’s your responsibility to register with utility providers, so we can switch the gas supply back on.
Both your gas and electricity meters must be in credit by at least £5, otherwise the supply can't be switched on. If your home has a prepayment meter, there must be at least £10 credit on both your gas and electricity meters for the turn on and test.
