May bank holidays 2026
Ahead of the May bank holidays, we wanted to let you know that we’ll be closed at the following times:
- From 5pm Friday 1 May until 8am Tuesday 5 May
- From 5pm Friday 22 May until 8am Tuesday 26 May
Our out of hours service is available for emergencies only. The service will continue to respond to these repairs during this time, so if you’ve got an emergency repair, please call 0300 777 2600 . You can check what is covered under emergency repairs .
Please remember you can continue to use our online portal, MyGolding , at all times, to manage your Golding account and access our services, including to report, reschedule and cancel a routine repair. You can access MyGolding via our mobile app. Simply click on Apple or Google to set this up on your phone.
