Our estate inspections
This year we’ve carried out 66 estate inspections as part of our commitment to keeping your estates in good condition. We engaged with 77 customers along the way and assessed 12 different areas:
- Repairs
- Fly tipping
- Graffiti
- Dog fouling
- Vehicles (parking/abandoned)
- Signs
- Communal Internal and external
- Play areas
- Car parks
- Defensible spaces
- Untidy gardens
In response to these inspections, we’ve focused events and campaigns on the trends and hot spots reported to us by customers. Our primary areas of focus have been responsible pet ownership, litter and fly tipping, bin store improvements, gardens and respect agreements.
