- Minimise Disruptions: If possible, arrange for someone to look after children and pets during your interview.
- Use Memory Aids: Write key phrases or memory joggers on sticky notes and place them around your workspace. Avoid reading directly from them.
- Maintain Eye Level: Position your notes so you don’t have to look down constantly.
- Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure a strong and stable internet connection.
- Natural Light: Where possible, position yourself facing a window or a natural light source. Soft, diffused light is ideal. Remove any filters.
- Avoid Backlighting: Don’t sit with a bright light source directly behind you; it can obscure your facial features.
