An update on Somerfield Terrace
The current contract for the construction of Somerfield Terrace in Maidstone has concluded and our contractor leaves the site on Tuesday 8 September. We're now taking the opportunity to pause and review all the options available to us.
This means the construction of the remaining homes will pause while we consider our next steps carefully. We expect to be able to give another update in the Autumn.
In the meantime, the site is secure. We’ll look after the site and the buildings on it, and we’re keeping nearby residents and our partners informed.
