Golding appoints two new Executive Directors

New Executive Directors Genette Pinwill and Neil Diddams

Golding Homes has confirmed the appointment of two new Executive Directors to join their Executive Team, leading the top-rated housing provider as it launches a new four-year corporate plan.

Neil Diddams will join as Executive Director of Property from West Kent Housing Association, while Genette Pinwill has successfully secured the Executive Director of Customer Experience role.

Speaking about the appointments, Chief Executive Steph Goad said: “We’re delighted to confirm Genette and Neil as our new Executive Directors. This is an important time for Golding as we build on the solid foundations of our C1, G1, V2 regulatory grading with our new corporate plan. Together they’ll bring a blend of skills, experience and expertise to our leadership team along with strong values which align to our culture and customer-centric approach.”

Genette joined Golding in 2020 and is currently a member of the senior leadership team as Assistant Director of Tenancy and Change. She has over 20 years’ experience working in local authority regeneration programmes and social housing. Genette is passionate about customer engagement and excellent service delivery.

Genette said: “I’m really excited for the opportunity to continue leading the work we do as a member of our Executive Team. I know Golding colleagues and customers; the culture and values  strongly align with me personally. For me, it’s important that we bring everyone with us, building on our strong culture and positive regulatory inspection as we begin this next chapter together.

“I’m already invested and committed to build even deeper customer engagement and strong partnerships, so we can deliver the best outcomes for our customers and communities.”

Neil Diddams will join from West Kent Housing Association where he’s been Executive Director of Property and Asset Management for five years.

Neil has over 15 years’ experience leading property, asset and operational services across social housing. His experience spans strategic asset management, in-house repairs and maintenance, landlord compliance, planned investment, sustainability and organisational transformation.

Neil said: “I’m excited to be joining Golding Homes, working with the team and customers to build on the progress already made while helping deliver the new corporate plan.

“I care about the people who live in our homes and the services we deliver, so for me Golding’s focus on customers and investment in homes was a key attraction. I’m committed to leading forward plans to improve their customer offer and deliver safe, quality homes.”
