New homes at Fielding Park
We’re making great progress at Fielding Park in Shepway, with external and internal structural works near completion on phase 1 and demolition across phase 2 finished.
Once completed, affordable and social rent homes at Fielding Park will be advertised on Kent Homechoice for applicants registered with Maidstone Borough Council.
Our Fielding Park development also includes shared ownership properties, like those pictured, which we'll be launching on Boxing Day — 26 December 2025.
A mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments and two- and three- bedroom semi-detached houses, these new homes will be available to buy through shared ownership from as little as a 10% share.
Shared Ownership is a scheme designed to help people who want to buy a home of their own but can’t afford the cost of buying the whole property outright. Buyers purchase a proportion of their home and pay rent for the remaining share.

Priority for the shared ownership homes will be given to serving military personnel and former members of the British Armed Forces discharged in the last two years, as well as applicants with a local connection to the Maidstone borough through residency, work, or close family.
