Regional RICS award win for Ringside Revival

We're delighted to share that our social value project, Ringside Revival, won in the Community Benefit Award category at the recent RICS UK Awards 2026 South East.

This project for Phase 1 of our Fielding Park regeneration brought together Golding Homes, Skillcrown, Maidstone Amateur Boxing Club (ABC), local supporters and our supply chain partners to transform a much-loved community facility and deliver lasting benefits for local people.

Together, we provided a new competition-grade boxing ring, upgraded flooring, improved lighting, air conditioning, roof repairs, internal and external improvements, new training equipment and a hardship fund to help remove financial barriers for young people wanting to train and compete.

Maidstone ABC supports more than 100 young people, providing a safe and inclusive environment where confidence, discipline, fitness and resilience can flourish. For many members and their families, the club is much more than a place to box; it's a place where friendships are built, opportunities are created and lives are changed.

This award is a reminder of what can be achieved when housing providers, contractors, community organisations and local businesses come together behind a shared goal. The impact of projects like this extends far beyond the physical improvements, creating opportunities and strengthening communities for years to come.
