Speak to Sue, our Chief Executive
We run regular 'Speak to Sue' sessions where you can call and have a chat with our interim Chief Executive, Sue Chalkley. Sue will be on hand to answer any issues you have and take on board your feedback or suggestions about our services.
Our next session will be on Monday 15 March between 1pm-8pm.
If you would like to have a chat with Sue then just call our dedicated freephone number 0800 170 7766 between those times. To allow Sue the opportunity to talk to as many customers as possible calls will be limited to 10 minutes. Also, please try to avoid calling during the first hour as this is the busiest time.
