We're visiting our tall buildings
We’re talking to customers in November who live in our tall buildings.
This means all our residential and mixed-use blocks over five storeys high. We’re coming out to talk to you about how we’re keeping you and your family safe in your home and how we can keep you updated.
This is part of our ongoing work to keep you safe and an opportunity to make sure you fully understand the safety of your building and know how to evacuate during an emergency .
We’ll also be asking you to update us on key information about your household, so we can make sure anyone with vulnerabilities understands how to stay safe and what to do in an emergency.
Our Building Safety and Neighbourhood teams will also be out during the weeks commencing 10 November and 1 7 November, visiting all our tall buildings and talking to as many customers as possible. Check out the full schedule below.
We’ve taken on board your feedback and will be completing some of these visits later in the day when more customers have told us they’ll be home.
