Anne Chapman - Assistant Director - Governance, Risk and Compliance and Company Secretary

Having extensive governance and strategic and legal experience, Anne's the corporate lead for governance, risk and compliance matters and the Company Secretary for the Golding Group. A solicitor for more than 20 years, including seven years with city firm Norton Rose, Anne’s role encompasses risk management and controls assurance as well as compliance with Regulatory Standards, Data Protection regulations and corporate Health and Safety legislation.
Anne’s extensive stakeholder engagement and governance experience includes non-executive positions with Eldon Housing Association (Vice Chair), homelessness and mental health charity Porchlight (Vice Chair), East Midlands Housing Group (Group Board member) and Chartered Institute of Housing (Independent member – Audit and Risk Committee).
Anne holds a passionate commitment to collaborative partnerships across all sectors of society supporting people to live better lives.
