Jon Baldwin - Assistant Director of Development

Jon joined Golding in 2020 and has 13 years of experience in the construction industry. He’s worked on a wide range of projects, from housing developments to infrastructure and industrial projects.
He’s also previously worked in corporate real estate, as well as holding positions at multi-national engineering and professional services consultancy form, WSP, and planning and development consultancy firm, RPS Group.
Jon’s worked with a range of clients, from national housebuilders to SME developers and contractors, as well as large public bodies such as National Grid, HS2 and Crossrail.
Jon is a RICS Chartered Surveyor and holds an MSc in Construction Management and a PM1 from the Association of Project Management.
