Olukemi Jeboda - Assistant Director of People & Communications

Olukemi joined Golding Homes in 2026, bringing experience in housing and care organisations, where she has led functions including Human Resources, Learning and Development, Communications, and Volunteering.
Alongside her professional career, Olukemi has held several governance and advisory roles. Her previous experience includes serving as a Trustee for a homelessness charity and as a Non-Executive Director at a housing association. She currently serves as a Lay Member of the Judicial Office Advisory Committee, contributing to the recruitment of magistrates to the bench.
Olukemi holds an MSc in International Human Resource Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), an Agile Project Management practitioner, a qualified occupational psychometric tester, and a practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
