Rizwan Amin - Assistant Director of Finance

Rizwan joined Golding Homes in November 2024 as Assistant Director of Finance. With over 20 years of finance experience gained across a variety of sectors, Rizwan has spent the last 8 years working in social housing and brings a strong background in housing finance to the role. He leads the Finance function, overseeing financial and management reporting and accounting, rents and service charges, VAT and payroll.
Prior to joining Golding Homes, Rizwan has held senior management roles at CHP, Settle Group and Hightown Housing. Rizwan's passionate about driving financial efficiency and improvement, contributing to organisational growth and success, as well as leadership and team development.
He's a qualified Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA, CGMA) and holds a BSc. (Hons) in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics & Economics from the University of Warwick.
