Toni joined Golding Homes in January 2025, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in IT, digital transformation and change management across the housing and local authority sectors.
She became Assistant Director of IT and Data in September 2025, leading the organisation’s digital and data strategy to deliver smart, secure and user‑centred technology solutions.
Throughout her career, Toni's championed the use of technology and data to empower colleagues, enhance customer experience and strengthen organisational resilience. She is committed to innovation and collaboration, ensuring digital initiatives deliver meaningful impact for both employees and the communities we serve.
A PRINCE2 Practitioner and Agile Project Management Practitioner, Toni brings structured, adaptable delivery expertise to support successful transformation. She is also a member of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT and advocates for professionalism, continuous learning and the responsible use of technology across the sector.
