Paying Your Rent

Rent is the money you pay us to live in your home, and it is important you pay this and your service changes on time. Your rent is owed on a weekly basis and payable in advance, due every Monday. Please ensure you keep one week's credit on your account at all times.

You can make rent payments in the following ways:

 

Paying Your Rent

Direct Debit

Direct Debit (DD) is a quick and easy way to pay your rent and you are protected by the Direct Debit guarantee. To arrange a DD please call us or download a Direct Debit Mandate Form[pdf] 314KB. You can arrange for your Direct Debit to go out on a day of the month that suits you, just complete the Direct Debit options form [pdf] 261KB. Please ensure that this form is returned at the same time as the Mandate Form so we can correctly process your payment.

Paypoint (allPay Swipe Cards) 

Using an AllPay Swipe Card you can pay at any outlet which displays the Paypoint symbol. Please ask us for a list of local Paypoint outlets or visit www.paypoint.co.uk. Please contact us to arrange for an AllPay Swipe Card to be sent to you. 

At home Our Neighbourhood Advisors are now able to take card payments in your own home. Contact us for more information. 

Post Office

You can pay your rent at any Post office. 

Online

Visit the allpay website to pay your rent online, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

Telephone

To pay your rent by phone call us on 0300 777 2600 or Allpay 24 hours a day, on 0844 557 8321.

Post

Cheques should be made payable to Golding Homes. Please do not send cash. Please write your name, address and rent reference number on the back of your cheque and send it to:-

Text Payments

Text payments is a secure text message bill payment method You can register online at www.allpayments.net/textpay This allows you to pay your rent anytime, anyplace, anywhere. All you need is a valid allpay swipecard and a current debit or credit card.

Smartphone App 

Download the free allpay App from the App store to make rent payments anytime, anywhere. Visit the allpay website for more information. 

Standing Orders

Standing orders are a way of setting up a regular, fixed payment from your bank or building society account on a date convenient to you. Call us on 0300 777 2600 for more details.

 

Rent Arrears

If you have rent arrears once you have cleared these you will be required to continue to make additional payments until your account is in credit by a full weeks rent. This credit must be kept on your account at all times.
