We're offering our customers a personalised, free advice service tailored to your home.

Our dedicated Sustainability Advisor is knowledgeable and friendly, and ready to show you how to reduce your energy and water consumption.

During a practical home visit, our advisor will:

  • Conduct a draught detection test to find hidden heat leaks.
  • Bleed your radiators (if needed) for maximum heating efficiency.
  • Set your boiler flow rates to the most efficient 'eco' settings.
  • Install minor energy-saving devices, like internal draught excluders, right there and then!

You'll get advice on everything from finding the best energy deals and reducing overall usage, to making the most of any renewable energy systems (like solar panels) you have.

As a trusted partner of South East Water, we can also help reduce your water bills and access important support. Your advisor can:

  • Register you for the Social Water Tariff if you qualify, significantly reducing your water charges.
  • Add you to the Priority Services Register (PSR) if you qualify, ensuring you receive extra support during water supply interruptions or emergencies.
