If your tenancy agreement began after the beginning of the financial year we will provide an account showing your share of costs from when your tenancy began.  This way you only pay a share of costs for the time you’ve held your tenancy.  For example, if your tenancy agreement started on 6 January 2025 you’ll only be charged for 6 January 2025 to 31 March 2025.
