We're visiting our tall buildings

We’re coming out to talk to customers who live in our   tall buildings in November about how we’re keeping you and your family safe in your home and how we can keep you updated.

This is part of our ongoing work to keep you safe and an opportunity to make sure you fully understand the safety of your building and know how to evacuate during an emergency .

We’ll also be asking you to update us on key information about your household, so we can make sure anyone with vulnerabilities understands how to stay safe and what to do in an emergency.

Our teams will be out during the weeks commencing 9 November and 16 November. Check out the full schedule below.

Building Safety visits
Crundale Tuesday 10 November 11am — 1pm
College Court Wednesday 11 November 1pm — 3pm
Hawley Court Thursday 12 November 4pm — 6pm
Broadway Heights Monday 16 November 11am — 1pm
Sunningdale Court Tuesday 17 November 1pm — 3pm

We’ve  taken on board your feedback and will be completing some of these visits later in the day when more customers have told us  they’ll  be home.

Through this consultation  we’ll  use your feedback to make sure  you’re  communicated with and supported in the best way. We want you to feel and live safely in your home.

If you've got any questions about these visits or would like to speak to our Building Safety  team  please email building.safety@goldinghomes.org.uk  or call us via 0300 777 2600.
