I want some more information about what I’ve been charged

You’re entitled to know more information about what we’ve charged as well as see invoices and/or supporting documentation.  

Information we can provide includes:

•    Details of any service provided under a contract such as grounds maintenance, lift maintenance, or fire alarm maintenance 
•    A transaction list showing the details behind each cost
•    Details of what works were completed
•    Copy invoices for what we’ve paid through the year – please note these can sometimes include costs for other properties.  Where that’s the case we’ll provide a copy of the schedules which accompany the invoice
•    Schedules showing the cost for your building or estate
